At Perfumehead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Request Authorization
Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior of the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
